SecureDrop is a secure communication platform used by journalists to receive files and messages from anonymous sources. It runs on Tor and requires physical air-gapped review machines for maximum protection. Originally created by Aaron Swartz and developed by the Freedom of the Press Foundation, it is now used by dozens of major newsrooms.
